Every time I have ordered delivery or picked up from this location, the service has been wonderful. One time, an employee took payment over the phone and ran my order out to my car since my little ones had fallen asleep on the ride over. One time a pizza was missing from my delivery order and they took care of it instantly and dropped off a fresh and hot pizza within minutes. The delivery drivers I have had, have been friendly and courteous.
Driver arrived and was very nice but had forgotten part of my order had to wait another hour for them to return with it
Staff was helpful and polite. The online ordering is complicated and constantly tries to get you to buy more than you wanted. I understand up-selling but it was excessive. The Caesar salad I got was not assembled. Everything came in small compartments or bags. It looked and tasted like a salad you would get at a gas station for $5... but it was $11. Seriously disappointed.
The store was fine helpful personnel Teresa was nice but the app was so difficult to complete the process even having a profile getting back into the profile was a problem
Terrible. I spent 40 dollars on my order and none of it was correct. Gave me items I didn't even ask for. Not one item was something on my order. Should have checked before they drove away. Absurd
